- What does it cost?
- It depends on what we build and how big your business is. It's a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, and you get exact numbers on your audit, once we know what you need. If you advertise, the ad spend goes from your card straight to the ad platform.
- Am I locked into a long contract?
- No. Unless your agreement says otherwise, either of us can end it with 30 days' notice.
- Do I have to change my phone number or my software?
- No. You keep your main number: Mia gets her own line and your number forwards to it, always or only when nobody picks up. On your audit we look at the calendar and software you use and tell you plainly what connects and what doesn't.
- How fast can we be live?
- Calls can go live within days of our kickoff call. Texting starts once the phone carriers approve your business's texting number, which they require for every business and usually takes from a few days to a couple of weeks. We handle the paperwork. Ads go live within 30 days.
- Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
- Mia never pretends to be a person. If someone asks, she says she's your AI assistant. You decide whether she says so in her greeting, and whether she answers every call or only the ones your team misses.
